Emotion-Based Pain treatment

The leading method for treating one of the most common problems in the world.

Emotion-Based
Pain treatment

The leading method for treating one of the most common problems in the world.

The TMS method© is a new way to understand pain and successfully treat it. Through a deep understanding of the pain mechanism, an effective treatment can be tailored to bring about gradual relief of symptoms leading to a long-lasting cure.

In this process, pain therapists educate patients about what pain is and how it is generated in the body. They employ simple and efficient techniques that can be applied on a daily basis for self-management. As a result, faster healing processes from chronic pain, with improved success rates are made possible.

The TMS method, based on innovative scientific knowledge and simple tools for self- learning and self-application taught within the treatment framework, provides the key to a more successful and gratifying experience, yielding significantly improved therapeutic outcomes.

Throughout this process, therapists apply up-to-date scientific knowledge to teach their patients how they can contribute to their own improvement and become active partners in the pain healing process. The accelerated and enhanced healing process offers a more fulfilling and complete experience for both the patients and the therapists. This is thanks to therapists’ empowered ability to provide practical, long-term solutions for their patients.

A new approach to treating chronic pain.

Participants in the TMS Therapists Professional Training Course will learn how to help chronic pain patients achieve long-term healing and return to normal, fully active, lives. Through a deep understanding of the mechanisms of pain, as they occur in the brain and nervous system, and by learning innovative and research-based pain healing techniques, participants will be able to provide practical solutions for their patients.

The course will cover the close relationship between emotions and pain, and how self-work with emotions related to pain can effectively release symptoms. Participants will learn how imprecise advice given to patients can practically limit and delay their healing, and how to correctly guide patients through the various stages of chronic pain therapy. The course will teach the 5 stages of chronic pain healing and how to successfully navigate through them to achieve a cure.

With the help of advanced scientific knowledge, extensive clinical experience, and real-life case examples of pain healing, participants will receive a detailed roadmap that will assist them in achieving excellent results in pain therapy for their patients.

Next course opening date: 11/03/2024

Medical teams

For doctors and paramedical professionals, this training can fill the missing link and bridge the gaps in knowledge that are prevalent in medicine and in paramedical training.

The knowledge that is currently taught in medical and nursing schools is based on outdated scientific theories and data. Additionally, many therapeutic approaches reflect the understanding we used to have 40–50 years ago, and sometimes even more than that.

Emotional Therapists

There are methods and approaches that teach patients to “learn how to live with pain” or “learn to divert attention from pain” and to develop or adopt a more patient and accepting approach to pain. Such treatments, for example Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), may be helpful at times, but their effectiveness is often limited and restricted, and they do not lead to the complete relief and permanent resolution of pain in many cases.

Complementary medicine practitioners

For practitioners in the fields of complementary medicine and manual therapies (massage, Shiatsu, Tuina, Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, and various other areas), TMS training can bridge significant knowledge gaps and provide tools and techniques to enhance therapeutic processes and healing capabilities.
